Avn Marketing (India) Llp is run out of Flat No. 704 in Block E of the Golfview Apartment in Nanakramguda. If you’ve ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know it is growing fast, but our corner feels a bit more settled. Working from an apartment means we have a kitchen and a spot to relax, which makes the long hours a lot easier to handle. We are on the seventh floor, so we get a decent view of the area, though mostly we are just looking at our screens. The elevator can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is heading out, but we’ve gotten used to the wait. It is a simple setup here. We have a few desks pushed together and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and notes. Nanakramguda is a busy place, but once we are inside the apartment, things quiet down enough for us to get our marketing work done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do good work for the people who find us. Most of the time it is just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We handle things as they come and try to keep everything organized, even if the office looks a bit lived-in. It’s a practical way to work, and being in a residential building keeps us grounded in the real world.
