Astha High School

We are located at 3-9-93 on Road No 18 in the Central Bank Colony. This is part of the L B Nagar area in Hyderabad, 500074. The school is right there in the middle of a residential block. It feels like a normal part of the colony. Astha High School has been here for a while and most of the neighbors are used to the sound of the school bell. Road No 18 can get a bit crowded when parents come to pick up their children in the afternoon. The building itself is several floors and we spend a lot of time walking up and down the stairs. The classrooms are simple with wooden benches and blackboards. We have a small office area near the entrance where we keep all the registers and files. It is not a very quiet place because there are always students in the halls or talking in the rooms. We try to keep the gate closed so things stay safe. During the breaks, the noise levels really go up. The Central Bank Colony is a good location because it is tucked away from the main highway noise. We mostly just focus on the daily routine of classes and making sure the building is locked up properly at night. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place for the kids in the neighborhood to come every day for their lessons. We just keep things going one day at a time.
