Aster India

Aster India is located up on the 3rd floor of Laxmi Towers. It’s right in the middle of A.S. Rao Nagar, so there’s always something happening outside. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. Our office isn't very large, but we managed to fit enough desks for everyone. We handle a variety of business tasks here, and it usually feels like we’re constantly on the phone or typing away at something. It’s a standard workspace with a few potted plants that we sometimes forget to water. The views from the windows look out over the busy street, and you can hear the traffic all day long. We have a small kitchen area where we take turns making tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we get our daily work done and try to stay organized. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we’ve developed a rhythm that works for the team. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just figure things out as they come up and try to do what is needed. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a convenient part of town. We are just here doing our thing every day.
