We’ve stayed pretty much the same. Most of the staff comes from the neighborhood, so we all know the local way of doing things. We don't talk about "global visions" or anything like that. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the day goes smoothly. The building is a bit older, and the paint might be peeling in a few spots here and there, but it’s a comfortable place for everyone. We don't have a big playground, but we use the space we have as best as we can. It’s a very honest and simple place.
