We have been running Ascent Leadership Management Consultants P Ltd out of the Hermitage Office Complex for a while now. If you know Hill Fort Road in Hyderabad, you know it gets quite busy around here with all the traffic and people moving about. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks and people trying to figure out management stuff for other companies. Most days start with tea and looking at a long list of things to do. We help businesses look at how they lead people, but it’s mostly just sitting down and talking through problems until they make sense. It’s a small group of us here. Sometimes the noise from outside makes it hard to hear, but we get used to it. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing our jobs and helping out where we can. People come by the office when they need advice on how to handle their staff or organizing their work better. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this area since we first started. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a report. It’s quiet work, mostly. We like being in this part of town because it’s central and easy for people to find. We don't have a big glossy brochure. Usually, we just explain what we do over a cup of coffee. It’s simple work, really. Just people helping other people manage things a bit better than they did yesterday.
