ARVINDH INTERNATIONAL HOTELS AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in Villa No 15-C over in Vasantha Valley, Phase One. It’s a quiet area in Kondapur, which is a nice change from the loud main roads. ArvindH International Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is what we call ourselves on paper, but mostly we’re just a small group of people working out of this space. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking to people on the phone. The villa setup makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office, which we prefer. It can get a bit cluttered with files sometimes, but we know where everything is. We chose this spot in Hyderabad because it’s close enough to the action but lets us actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a giant lobby or a reception desk with a uniform. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us sitting around the table going through schedules and booking details. Managing hotels and resorts takes a lot of coordination, and things don’t always go perfectly. We deal with those hiccups as they come. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of tea, but we manage. We aren’t interested in sounding like a huge chain. We just want to get the work done and make sure people who stay at our properties are satisfied. It’s a pretty simple way of doing business, but it works for us. It’s a good life.
