Ariz Public School

We are over at Lig 25 in Santosh Nagar. Ariz Public School has been operating out of this building for a good while. Being in an LIG colony means the space is somewhat limited but we make the most of it for our students. The rooms are compact and we have to be careful with how we arrange the desks so everyone fits comfortably. It’s a very local atmosphere here. Most of the students live just a couple of streets away. You see them walking to school with their bags every morning. The building itself is an older construction. We’ve had to do some patch work on the walls and floors over the years. The roof can get a bit hot during the peak of summer so we keep the ceiling fans going all day. There isn't a lot of extra space for things like a library or a big science lab. We have some cupboards with books and some basic science kits that we bring out when needed. Our staff is small and everyone does a bit of everything. One person might be teaching math and then helping out with the office work later in the afternoon. It is a very hands-on way of running a school. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just open the gates at 8 AM and start the day's work. It’s just how things work here in this part of Hyderabad. We know most of the parents by name.
