Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels For Hyderabad Project

We are currently set up at 104, G.B. Apartment on Raj Bhavan Road in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. This is our base for the Hyderabad Project under the Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels name. It’s a residential apartment building, which might seem a bit strange for a hotel project office, but it works for us. It gives us a quiet place to focus on all the planning and coordination that a project like this requires. The office is basically a few rooms filled with blueprints, laptops, and stacks of architectural drawings. We spend a lot of time in meetings, discussing timelines and budgets, and trying to keep everything on track. Since we are on Raj Bhavan Road, the area is quite busy and well-known, but once you step inside the apartment, it’s relatively calm. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It’s just a practical workspace where we can put our heads together. We usually have someone running out to grab snacks or coffee for the team when we are working through a long afternoon. The desks are cluttered with samples of materials and progress reports. It’s an informal setup, but we are all very busy with the task at hand. We like being in Somajiguda because it’s central and easy to get to, even if the parking around here can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’re just here to do the work and see the project through to the end.
