Our office for APARNA HOTELS AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is in Astral Heights, which is at 802, D. No.6-3-352/2&3. It’s on Road No.1 in Banjara Hills. Being in this part of Hyderabad is busy, and the traffic can be a real pain during rush hour, but it’s where we are based. We’ve got a space on the eighth floor. It’s a functional office where we handle the day-to-day management of our hotels and resorts. It’s not as glamorous as people might think when they hear Banjara Hills. Inside, it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and talking to managers at the different properties. It’s a lot of coordination work. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees; we are a focused group of people. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of everything. The view from the window is okay, but we are usually too busy to look at it much. We handle the bookings, the marketing stuff, and the general administration from this room. We don’t have a lot of rules about what people wear, as long as the work gets finished. It’s a straightforward environment. We just want to keep things running smoothly. No big speeches or complicated plans, just the usual business tasks that need doing to keep the hotels open and functional for everyone. We stay busy every day.
