ANUUSHA PROPERTIES LLP is basically just us helping people find a place to live or invest in around Hyderabad. Kukatpally is always moving, always growing. There is always a new project or an old house being sold. We spend our mornings checking on listings and the afternoons meeting with people who want to see a property. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of walking around and a lot of phone calls. Our office isn't anything special, just a functional space where we keep our records. We don't do big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We know the lanes and the landmarks around here very well. Sometimes we have to deal with messy paperwork or delays at the registrar's office, but that is part of the life. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a complicated process when they are just trying to buy a home. We’ve seen the city change so much from our window at 5-25. More traffic, more buildings, more people. We are just a small part of that, helping out where we can with property matters. It’s just us here, doing the work day in and day out.
