Anuradha Morasa

My name is Anuradha and I work out of Meerpet in Hyderabad. The pin code is 500079. I’ve lived in this part of town for years, so it made sense to start something here. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or high-tech. I mostly deal with whatever comes through the door. I don't have a big team behind me. It’s just me and sometimes a helper if things get really busy. The neighborhood has changed a lot since I started, with more shops and traffic now. I keep my space simple. There’s a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. I try to keep things moving along, but sometimes things take longer than expected. That’s just the way it is when you’re doing everything yourself. I don't use any special jargon or business talk. I just speak normally to everyone who comes by. People know they can find me here during the day. I value being honest about what I can do. If I can't help, I'll tell you. It’s better that way. Living and working in the same area means I see the same faces every day, which I like. It feels more like a community than just a job.
