Anthony English Medium School

We are based in the Attapur area of Hyderabad. It’s a neighborhood that has grown a lot over the years, and our school has been a part of that change. We aren't located in a big fancy complex; it’s just a straightforward building where we teach. Most of our students come from the local streets around here. We teach in English because that’s what parents in Attapur want for their children, but we still speak the local language during the breaks. The desks are a bit scratched from years of use, and the walls have a few scuffs, but it feels like a real place of learning. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Instead, we just focus on the daily lessons. The teachers here are local people who understand the community. During the monsoon, the street outside can get a bit muddy, but the kids still make it to class. We have a small office near the entrance where we keep the records and handle the fees. It’s a very basic setup. There is no principal's assistant or anything like that; if you want to talk to us, you just walk in and ask. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, though that’s hard when you have a hundred kids excited for the lunch bell. It’s just a normal, everyday school in a busy part of town.
