Annai Matriculation Higher Secondary School sits on House No 8-3-228/678/1584 in Kamika Nagar, Yousufguda. Since we go up to the higher secondary level, we have older students here along with the younger ones. It makes for a very different atmosphere than just a primary school. The building has several floors to accommodate all the different grades. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it, but the students know exactly where to go. Being in Hyderabad, we are used to the hustle and bustle, and Kamika Nagar is no exception. We focus on the subjects like science, commerce, and arts that the students need for their exams. There isn't much fluff in how we operate. We have classrooms, a staff room, and the necessary facilities for the labs. The teachers are usually busy with lectures or marking the older students' work. It’s a lot of responsibility because these kids are getting ready for college soon. We keep the schedule tight to make sure all the material is covered. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we have a rhythm down. It’s a practical place for students who want to study and get their certificates. We don't have a lot of extra space for fancy extras, so every room is put to good use. We just try to keep the lights on and the books open for everyone.
