You can find us on the 7th floor of the Reliance Classic Building over on Road No 1 in Banjara Hills. It's a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad, so it isn't too hard to locate. Channayya is usually around here making sure things are in order. We have roots in Bangalore and Mumbai too, but this specific unit is where we spend our time these days. It is a bit of a climb up to the seventh floor, but the view of the city is alright. We do a lot of food and hospitality work here. The kitchen stays hot and the dining area gets loud, especially on the weekends. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in the world, just a spot where people can get a meal. The staff here works long hours, and we all know each other's names. It's a bit of a mix of people from different places. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which can be annoying when you're in a hurry. We just try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out on time. There's no big corporate speech here, just a group of us trying to run a restaurant the right way. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. We just focus on the daily chores and making sure everyone is fed.
