American School Of Language is located at Plot No 258 on Road No 72 in Jubilee Hills. We are not a massive institution with a huge campus; instead, we operate out of a more modest building that fits right into the residential feel of the road. People come here to work on their English or learn other ways of communicating, and the atmosphere is usually quite serious but relaxed. You will often see students sitting in the small lobby area flipping through dictionaries or checking their notes before a class starts. The rooms are set up with tables and chairs that have been moved around a hundred times to fit different group sizes. We do not have a lot of flashy signage or advertisements plastered everywhere. Most of our work is just sitting down with people and going over grammar and pronunciation. The staff here is a small group, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing a jammed printer. Road No 72 is usually a bit quieter than the main thoroughfares, which helps when you are trying to concentrate on language drills. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, as it does in Hyderabad, and we just open the windows and keep talking until it comes back on. It is a simple, straightforward place where the focus is just on the books and the talking. We like keeping it that way without any extra fuss.
