Ai Falah English School

This school is tucked away at Plot No 5 in Shaikpet. It’s right here in Hyderabad, 500008. Ai Falah English School isn't a huge place with a stadium or anything. We have classrooms and a small area where kids play during their breaks. The morning bell is quite loud, you can hear it down the street. We’ve got local teachers who’ve been here for years. They know the kids' parents and even their grandparents sometimes. It’s a neighborhood school, really. The walk up to the gate is a bit dusty in the summer. We spend a lot of time making sure the registers are filled out right. Lunchtime is the loudest part of the day. You can smell whatever the kids brought from home all through the hallways. It’s usually rice or rotis. We have some old desks that have seen better days, but they work. The chalkboard dust gets on everything. We don't do anything too fancy. It's just lessons, exams, and the usual school stuff. Sometimes we have a small function in the courtyard if the weather is nice. Shaikpet is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We just ignore it and carry on with the books. It feels like a second home to a lot of us who work here. We just try to keep things running smooth day to day. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we have to tell the kids to slow down constantly. It's a simple life here.
