Our office is located at 304, Aditya Trade Centre. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses, but this is where we manage the hotel and resort side of things for Manjeera. Even though the hotels are where the guests are, all the background work happens right here in this office. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones, making sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. It’s not like being at a resort where you have the pool and the nice views. Here, it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee. We deal with the logistics of running hospitality spots. It means a lot of planning and checking on things. Aditya Trade Centre is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We don’t really do much in the way of big speeches about what we do. We just keep the wheels turning. Some days are hectic, especially when things get busy at the properties, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s a regular job for us. We come in, we handle the paperwork, we talk to the staff at the resorts, and we make sure the bills get paid. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of town; it’s convenient and close to everything we need. Running hotels is mostly about things people never see.
