Operating near Charminar on Nayapul Road means it’s always loud outside our door. We are located at 1-65, right in the thick of things in Dewan Devdi. It’s an old part of the city, and our office feels like it too. We’ve been handling real estate around here for a long time. People come in looking for small shops or old houses that have been in families for generations. It’s not like those new developments on the edge of town. Here, every building has a story or some weird plumbing issue you have to explain. We spend a lot of our mornings just drinking tea and waiting for clients to fight through the traffic to get to us. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever because of how old the land records are in this district. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know these streets well. If you walk down Nayapul Road, you’ll probably see us standing out front at some point. It’s a crowded area, but we like being where the action is. We handle a bit of everything, from tiny rental spots to larger family plots. There’s no fancy lobby or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time, but we get the work done. Dealing with property in such an iconic area has its challenges, especially with the narrow lanes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It stays interesting, at least.
