Amara Jyothi School

You can find us right near the Narayanaguda Flyover. The address is a bit long, Door No 3-4-663/23/1, but once you see the flyover, we are right in that vicinity. It’s a bustling part of Hyderabad. The sound of the traffic on the flyover is something we’ve gotten used to over the years at Amara Jyothi School. It’s a compact place, typical for this part of Narayanguda where space is tight. We have students coming in from all the nearby lanes. The building is tucked away a bit, but we’ve got our name out front so people can find the entrance. It is a bit of a maze inside sometimes with the different levels and classrooms. We don’t have a big playground, but we make do with what we have. Most of our day is spent handling the usual school business—attendance, lessons, and the occasional parent meeting. It’s a very hands-on environment. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how to keep things moving. It isn't a fancy private academy with glass walls. It's just a solid, stone and brick school that has been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We see the city changing around us, but the school stays pretty much the same. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the kids, but that is just the job. We are there every morning before the sun gets too high. It is a simple life here.
