ALLIED ESTATES LLP

We are located out at Himayatsagar Village and Panchayat. Specifically, we’re at No. 2-100/2 in GVK Estates, right opposite APPA. It’s a bit outside the main city noise, which we like. Allied Estates LLP is just a local business handling property stuff in the Hyderabad-Rangareddi area. It’s a pretty area with more space than you get in the middle of town. We spend our days dealing with land documents and talking to people about their estates. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls and expensive furniture. It’s just a place to work. We know the 500091 area really well. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood. We don’t have any big marketing slogans. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the office, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We handle things as they come. Being near the village gives us a different perspective on the real estate market. It’s more about the land and the local people than big high-rises. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the locals. It’s just a practical business doing practical things. No fuss, just work.
