Alaksh Convent School Lalakhedi

Alaksh Convent School Lalakhedi is actually located on the 4th floor of Nagasuri Plaza, which is at Plot No 8 in Ameerpet. It’s a bit of a climb or a lift ride up to rooms 401 and 402, but once you get there, you’ll find our school setup. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a distance from the direct noise of the Ameerpet streets, though Hyderabad is never truly quiet. It’s an interesting place for a convent school, tucked away in a commercial plaza like this. We have our classrooms arranged across the two main units we occupy. The 500016 area is very central, so it’s easy for parents to drop their kids off before they go about their own business in the city. The school day usually starts with the kids arriving at the plaza and heading up the stairs. It’s a practical use of space in a crowded city where land is hard to find. We have the usual desks and chairs, and the teachers manage the space well to make sure everyone can learn comfortably. It might not look like a traditional school from the outside, but inside, it’s all about the students and their books. We’ve been operating from this plaza for a while now, and the local community knows exactly where to find us when they need to talk about their children’s progress. Sometimes the plaza gets busy with other businesses, but the students are used to the routine of going up and down every day.
