We are located up on the second floor of the Green House building in Ameerpet. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know how busy the roads get around here. Al Noor Indian Hi Tech Matric Higher Secondary School has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s not a huge fancy campus with a stadium, but we have our classrooms set up at No 202 and we make it work for the students who come here every day. Most of the kids live nearby or take the bus into the 500016 zip code area. We deal with higher secondary grades, so things get pretty serious when exam season rolls around. You’ll see teachers carrying stacks of papers and students huddled in the hallways discussing their lessons. The building itself is just a regular commercial structure, and sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs. It’s a practical place. We don’t have much time for fluff because there is always a lot of syllabus to cover before the year ends. People in the neighborhood know us as the school in Green House. It’s a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but once you’re inside the rooms, everyone just focuses on their books. We’ve seen many batches pass through these doors over the years, and it’s just the way life goes here in Ameerpet. Our staff just tries to keep things running smoothly despite the daily city chaos.
