Al-Hira School

We are located right here on Plot No 53 in Balaji Swarnapuri Colony. If you know the Moti Nagar area, you probably know how the traffic gets during the morning hours. It’s a bit of a scramble getting the kids inside before the bell rings. Our building is a simple one, nothing too flashy, just enough rooms for the classes and a bit of space for the staff to sit down and have their tea. Usually, you’ll hear the sounds of lessons drifting out into the street. It’s a local spot where people from the neighborhood bring their children. Sometimes the gate squeaks a bit when it's rainy, and we have to remind the older kids not to run on the stairs. The walls have some scuffs from bags hitting them over the years. We spend a lot of time just keeping things moving day to day. It’s mostly about making sure the fans are working in the heat and that everyone has their books ready. There is a small shop nearby where everyone gets their snacks after the final bell. We've been part of this little corner of Hyderabad for a while now. It feels like a small community inside these walls. The teachers are mostly local folks too, so we see each other at the market or the bus stop. It’s just how things go around here in Moti Nagar. Nothing more, nothing less than a place to learn.
