We are based out of Secunderabad, specifically in the North Lalaguda area. Our office at H.No. 10-5-530 in Sai Nagar is where all the daily activity happens for Ags Manpower Solutions. Thukaramgate is a familiar spot for anyone who lives around here. It’s a decent area, not too loud but definitely not silent either. We deal with manpower, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people and looking at resumes. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, trying to match the right person with the right job. We don’t have a big HR department or a team of consultants in suits. It’s just us in the office making sure things move along. Secunderabad has a different feel than the main part of Hyderabad, a bit more settled I guess. Our space is filled with files and the sound of keyboards clicking. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when we’re busy, but we always know where everything is. We don’t bother with the polished corporate image because that’s not who we are. We are just local people working in a local neighborhood. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just a regular group of folks. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be done. It is basic work but it’s important to the people who come to us looking for a start. We also have a small seating area for people waiting to talk to us, and it’s usually occupied by someone looking for a new opportunity.
