We’re based out of Mudhra Nagar in Secunderabad, specifically at E82. The office is actually care of K Prem Kumar, who has been around this area for a long time. Hyderabad and Secunderabad can get pretty confusing with all the narrow streets, but Mudhra Nagar is a decent spot once you get the hang of it. We handle logistics, which basically means we move things from one place to another. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. The office isn't very large; it’s mostly just enough space for our desks and the files we keep. We don't have a fleet of trucks parked right outside or a massive warehouse on-site, as most of that happens elsewhere. We just do the planning and the paperwork from here. Being in 500003, we’re close enough to the main hubs to keep things moving. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, and the afternoon sun can be quite strong through the windows. We usually have a few people coming in to drop off documents or sign off on deliveries. It’s a quiet enough operation, no big marketing team or sales floor. Just a group of people making sure cargo gets where it needs to go. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years without needing much more than a good phone line and a bit of patience. We usually keep some tea ready for anyone who drops by for a chat.
