This place is tucked away on Raj Bhavan Road in Khairatabad, right in the middle of Hyderabad. It is a big area with old buildings and plenty of trees, which is nice because it gets really hot in this part of Telangana. The main building is called Bellavista, and it has that old-fashioned look that you don’t see much anymore. We mostly deal with people who come here for training programs or government workshops. They stay in the rooms here and spend their days in meeting halls. The road outside is always busy with cars and rickshaws going towards the Raj Bhavan, so there is a constant hum of traffic all day. Inside the gates, though, it is much quieter. We have a lot of administrative staff who have been working here for decades, and they know every corner of the property. The dining hall gets busy during lunch hours when everyone comes out of their sessions to eat. It is a professional place but it feels lived-in and a bit slow-paced compared to the city outside. The gardens need a lot of watering, and the old walls sometimes need a new coat of paint. We just keep things running day to day. It is a well-known spot in Hyderabad, but for us, it is just where we work and look after the people who visit for their courses and meetings.
