Admin/Hr Executive

This is where we handle the admin and HR stuff, right here in Santhosh Nagar in Mehdipatnam. The house number is A/76. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. Suresh Babu has been here for a bit. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and talking to people about jobs. It’s not a big shiny office, just a regular place where the work gets done. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it. We deal with hiring and office management mostly. People come by to drop off resumes or ask questions about their pay. We try to stay organized but there’s always a pile of files on the desk. Mehdipatnam is a crowded area so finding parking near Santhosh Nagar can be a pain sometimes. We do our best to keep things running smooth for the staff. It’s mostly just making sure the right people are in the right spots. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us in this house, working through the lists and making calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes here. We've been at this for a while and we know the locals around here well. It’s a straightforward job, no frills really. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused when the reports get long. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy from morning till evening most days.
