Our office is tucked away in Miyapur, Hyderabad, inside Bhavya's Classic Enclave. We are in Flat No. 202. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential building, which gives the workplace a more relaxed and quiet feeling than a big office tower. We do consultancy work, mostly helping businesses find the right people for their teams. Since we are in an apartment, the layout is a bit like a home, with desks in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It works for us because it’s a comfortable environment. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to take a break and look out at the neighborhood. Miyapur is a growing area, and there is always some new construction happening nearby. We get a fair amount of people coming in for meetings, and they sometimes get a bit confused by the building entrance, so we have to explain it over the phone. We don't have a big fancy reception desk or a shiny logo on the door. It’s just a plain wooden door with a small sign. We spend most of our time on our laptops or on the phone. The kitchen area is where we all gather for lunch, and someone is usually brewing coffee or tea. It’s a low-key operation where we just focus on doing our work without any unnecessary fluff. We’ve been here for a bit and it suits our needs perfectly fine.
