We’ve been over here at Plot No. 1025 on Road No. 45 for a while now. Jubilee Hills is a busy place, but our office stays pretty focused on the engineering side of things. Most days start with some coffee and a lot of drawings spread out on the big tables. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking over each other about project specs, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We handle a lot of technical stuff that most people might find boring, like structural details and site plans. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes the printers jam right when we need a set of blueprints for a meeting, and we’re all standing around trying to fix it. Our team is small enough that we all know each other's coffee orders. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or looking at site photos on our monitors. The building itself is easy to find if you know the area. We just try to get the work done right so there aren't issues later on. It’s a lot of math and checking things twice. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just show up, do the engineering work, and go home. Usually, the lights are on pretty late if a deadline is coming up, but we like the quiet of the evening for the harder calculations.
