Abhyasa Residential Public School

We’ve been here on St Johns Road for a long time now, right across from Keys High School. Most people in Secunderabad know this corner. It’s a busy spot, but once you step inside our gate, things settle down a bit. Since we are a residential school, there’s always something going on, even after the sun goes down and the day scholars in other places have gone home. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running smoothly. The building is older, but it holds a lot of memories for the kids who stay here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but the students get used to it. We try to keep things simple. There isn’t much fancy stuff, just classrooms, the dorms, and a space for them to play. It takes a lot of work to look after so many kids living away from their families. We have staff who have been here for years, and they know the neighborhood like the back of their hand. Mornings start early with a lot of noise in the dining hall. It’s just how things are here. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a plain, honest place to learn and live. We deal with the usual school stuff, like fixing desks or making sure the water is working. It’s just daily life for us at 1253.
