Abbas Fashion Designer

Abbas Fashion Designer is a bit different because we are located in Block 10 of the Janapriya Apartments in Ramanthapur. The address is 340, and being in an apartment complex makes it much quieter than a market. We don't have a big storefront with a sign that everyone sees. Instead, people find us by the room number. Inside, there are sewing machines and large tables for cutting fabric. We have rolls of cloth leaned up against the walls. The light comes in through the apartment windows, which is nice during the daytime. We work on various designs, mostly by hand or with the machines we've had for years. Ramanthapur is a good area, not too far from the main city but far enough to be calm. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and stitching. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator or just take a break. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, so most of the people who come here already know what they want. We keep a lot of patterns drawn on brown paper hanging on hooks. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us working through the orders. We take our time to get the details right. It’s a peaceful way to work compared to the big markets in Hyderabad. We like the quiet rhythm of the apartment and the focus it gives us.
