Aalankrita Resorts

Aalankrita Resorts has its office presence over in Erragadda, Hyderabad, specifically at H-N-8-4-546/9. We are involved in the resort business, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about vacations and how to keep a large property running smoothly. It’s not all relaxation for us, though. Behind the scenes, there is a lot of maintenance and planning. We have to coordinate between the staff at the resort and the office here in 500018. Some of the work involves taking bookings and answering questions about the facilities we have. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and brochures, but we know where everything is. People call us up wanting to plan weddings or family get-togethers, and we have to make sure the dates are free. It can get stressful when two people want the same weekend. We don't try to sound like a big corporate chain. We are just local people who know the hospitality business in Andhra Pradesh. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or water issues that happen in this part of town, and we just find ways to work around it. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules on the computer. Every season brings different crowds, so we stay pretty active all year round. We just aim to keep things organized so that when people show up for their holiday, everything is actually ready for them. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t see.
