9Th Baker-Street Private Limited is located in Alkapuri Township, at Flat No. 102 in Ishta Heights. Neknampur is a growing area in Hyderabad, and being in a residential complex like this makes our business feel a bit more like part of the neighborhood. We focus on baking and making various treats that people can enjoy. Since we are in a flat, we don't have a big sign on the main road. Most of our customers are people who live in the township or nearby. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of bread and cakes. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us handling the ovens and the orders. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially when we have several things baking at once. We do everything ourselves, from measuring the flour to packing the boxes for delivery. Sometimes we have to run out to the local market because we ran out of eggs or butter unexpectedly. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small place. We don’t have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It’s just a flat where we do what we do. Neknampur has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up every year. We just keep our heads down and focus on the baking. It’s a quiet, busy life, and we like it that way.
