Iems Mba College

We are based over in Hubli, running this MBA college for anyone who wants to get into the management side of things. It’s a decent-sized place with classrooms that stay fairly busy throughout the week. Hubli is a growing city, but it still feels like a small town in some ways where everyone knows someone who knows you. Our office at Iems Mba College is usually full of files and textbooks that need to be handed out to the students. We don't go for anything too corporate in how we talk or act; we’re just local people who have been around education for a long time. The students come in, attend their lectures, and spend a lot of time in the library or the common areas talking about their projects. We’ve got a mix of older teachers and some younger staff who help out with the computer stuff. It can get a bit hectic during the admission season, but mostly it’s a steady pace of work. We don't have a glossy brochure that makes us look like a five-star hotel. It’s just a school with desks, chairs, and whiteboards where the teaching happens. We focus on getting the syllabus covered and making sure the students are prepared for their tests. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it seems to work out for the people here in the 580026 area. We just do our bit every day.
