H & R Johnson (India) Ltd.

Our place is located on the upper ground floor of the Chanti Complex in the Laxmi Narayan Zone, A-Block. It’s right on Karwar Road in Old Hubli. Even though the name H & R Johnson (India) Ltd. sounds like a big corporate entity, our specific branch here in Old Hubli feels a lot more like a neighborhood shop. We spend our days showing people different tiles and bathroom fittings. The space is fairly large, so we have plenty of room to display things, but it’s still a working warehouse-style setup in many ways. You’ll find us moving samples around and talking to contractors most of the time. The Karwar Road area is always humming with activity, and we fit right into that. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone comes in with a broken tile and needs a match, we spend the time to look through what we’ve got. It’s not about being the flashiest showroom in town. It’s about having the right stock for the people living around here. We’ve had some long days when big deliveries come in, and the place gets a bit disorganized, but we get it sorted out eventually. Folks in Old Hubli appreciate that we’re straightforward. We just tell you what’s in stock and how long it’ll take to get more if we’re out. It’s just the way we like to do things around here in the complex.
