Sarada L & J Hook Eng Works

We are located on the Howrah Amta Road in Dassnagar. It’s an area that’s known for a lot of industrial work, and we fit right in with our name, Sarada L & J Hook Eng Works. The road outside is always busy with trucks and buses, so there’s a lot of dust and noise throughout the day. Our workshop is a bit old, and the walls are covered in grease and soot from the machines. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where we do our real work. We spend most of our time at the benches, working on different hooks and engineering bits. It’s a lot of metal and heavy tools. Sometimes the heat from the machines makes it really hot inside, but we have a few big fans to keep the air moving. Dassnagar is a place where people know the value of hard work. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic engineering and making sure the parts are right. Our neighbors are mostly other small workshops, so we all know each other. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break. We don’t have a fancy office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up, busy with some piece of metal. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we know best. We’ve been on this road for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go.
