We operate out of an office in the Bhagyalaxmi Apartment complex, which is on Sri Arvind Road in Salkia, Howrah. Specifically, we occupy units 34 and 35 on the second floor. It’s an interesting location because while the name might sound like we are far away, this is where our local presence in West Bengal is based. Salkia is a busy, older part of Howrah, and the streets around here are always full of life and activity. Dealing with resins and chemicals means we have a lot of technical details to keep track of every day. Our office is mostly full of files, samples, and the usual computer setups. It’s not a showroom, just a functional space where the real work happens. Sometimes the building can be a bit noisy with all the neighbors, but we don't mind much. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. The walk from the main road isn't too long, and there are plenty of small shops nearby if we need a quick break. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just focus on the industrial supplies and making sure the orders are handled correctly. It’s a busy life here in Howrah, but we enjoy the rhythm of it and the practical nature of our work. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them.
