Freeman Apparel Exim

Freeman Apparel Exim is based over at No. 12/3 Siddeshwari Talla Lane. It’s a narrow enough lane, so things can get a bit tight when we have big deliveries coming or going from the building. We’ve been here for a while now, handling the export and import side of the clothing trade. The building we work out of is pretty old and doesn't look like much from the outside, but we’ve got everything we need inside to run the business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking over piles of garments to make sure they're okay before they go out. We have a small storage area that’s almost always full of boxes waiting to be moved to the next location. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles and meetings; it’s more like a busy warehouse where everyone chips in to get things done. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the shipping side of things, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. There’s usually a lot of lint and dust in the air from all the textiles being moved around, so we keep the windows open when the weather allows for it. We aren’t interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to keep our steady clients happy and make sure the goods get to where they need to go. It’s a busy life on Siddeshwari Talla Lane, but we like the pace.
