Education Point

Education Point is located at 12, Bijay Kumar Mukherjee Road in Salkia, Howrah. It’s not a very big place, just a few rooms where we help students with their studies. Salkia is a crowded area, and the road outside is always full of traffic and people heading towards the station or the market. We are right there in the mix of it. The building is an older one, and we are on one of the floors with a narrow staircase leading up to our door. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and whiteboards where the teachers spend their evenings explaining math or science. Students come here after their regular school hours, so things usually get really busy in the late afternoon and evening. You can hear the sounds of the street from the windows—the horns, the shouting, and the general bustle of Howrah. We don’t have a reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door, you just walk in and find your seat. It’s a very informal environment, and we like to keep it that way so the kids don't feel too much pressure. We’ve been at this address for several years, so most people in this part of Salkia know exactly where we are if they need help with their exams. It’s just a plain, useful space where people come to learn and then head back home through the busy streets.
