Black Poison Ink

Our shop is located on Bireswar Chatterjee Street in Howrah. We are quite close to the Bally Railway Station, so we hear the trains going by all day long. It’s a good spot because people can just hop off the train and walk over to see us. The street can get a bit narrow and crowded, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. We do tattoo work and ink, and we’ve been at this for a while now. The shop isn't a massive studio; it’s a cozy place where we focus on what the person sitting in the chair wants. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing speak to describe our work. We just sit down, draw, and get to it. Some days are slow and we just clean up the shop or sketch new ideas, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch because people keep coming in. We like the local feel of being near the station. You meet all kinds of people here. We aren't trying to be a world-famous brand, just a reliable place in Howrah where you can get some ink done without a lot of drama. We keep things clean and we try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a simple business built on being honest with our customers and doing the work they expect from us. We don't make it complicated. You come in, we talk about the design, and we start.
