Agnimitra Sikshasadan Private Limited operates out of a building that feels more like a home than a big institution. It’s tucked away in a residential part of the neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main road. We have some rooms that we use for our daily work, and there’s always a bit of dust because of the open windows. We don’t have a fancy sign, just the usual setup. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but people are always walking in and out with muddy shoes when it rains. We sit at our desks, talk to the families who come in, and handle the paperwork as it comes. There’s a big tree near the entrance that gives some shade to the motorcycles parked outside. We just keep things moving along one day at a time, making sure everything is in order.
