Our shop is located at No. 2/704-81 and you have to come up to the second floor of the building in Sampanki Layout to find us. It is not a street-level shop so you might miss it if you are not looking for the specific door number in Mm Nagar. Mokondalalli is where we have been doing business for a while now. We sell gold and silver items and we also do a lot of repair work for people who live nearby. It is a small place and there are usually only one or two of us here at any time. We don't have those big glass displays like the malls do but we have what people need. Often customers come in to get a chain fixed or to pick out a small gift for a wedding. We have a safe in the back and a small workbench where the tools stay. The lighting isn't always the brightest but it works for seeing the fine details on the jewelry. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if more than three people walk in at once. We know most of our customers by name since they have been coming to this layout for years. It is a quiet spot on the second floor so we don't get as much noise from the street as the shops downstairs do. We just keep things simple and do our work every day. That is pretty much how we run things here in the neighborhood.
