Rayakotta Road is always busy with traffic, and we have been here at No 2/39 for quite a long time now. It gets a bit dusty outside because of all the trucks passing by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. My brother and I run the place ourselves most of the time. We start our day early, usually around eight, and the first thing we do is get some tea from the stall just down the street. It is a simple setup we have here. We do not have fancy glass offices or expensive furniture. There is just a desk, a few plastic chairs for when someone stops by, and the inventory we keep organized in the back room. Sometimes people just walk in to ask for directions because we are right on the main road. We do not mind helping out. Life here is mostly about staying busy with the paperwork and making sure the orders are ready to go. If something is missing, we spend the afternoon looking through the boxes until we find it. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We know most of the people who walk past our door every day. There is a large tree a few houses down that gives some nice shade in the heat of the afternoon. Sometimes I sit there for a few minutes just to clear my head before the evening rush starts.
