We've been here at No 27 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex for a while now. It's a busy spot, especially being so close to the Jewellery Division. Most days, you just see people heading in and out for their shifts. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always some noise and trucks moving around the complex. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just a workspace where we get things done. Some of the folks who work here have been around since the beginning. You get used to the routine of the morning traffic coming into the Sipcot gates. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels like a real community of workers. We spend most of our time inside the facility, focusing on whatever is on the schedule for that day. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but that's just how it is around here. We’re easy to find if you know where the Jewellery Division is located. Just a short walk from there and you’ll see our spot. It’s a practical building, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front looks as long as everything inside is running the way it should. Most of the people around here are just trying to do their jobs and get home on time.
