The Bricks Factory

The Bricks Factory is located at 357 Malur Road. We are pretty close to Bagalur, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. The noise of the trucks on Malur Road is something you just get used to after a while. Our yard is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the loaders arrive. We don’t have a complicated name because we don’t do complicated work. We just make bricks. There are no fancy suits or boardrooms here. I usually spend my day walking around the site, making sure the machines are running and the workers have what they need. It gets very dusty, and when the wind blows, it’s even worse. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen how much Bagalur has grown recently. There’s a lot of construction going on, which keeps us busy. We don't have a PR team or any marketing stuff. If someone needs bricks, they just pull over on the side of Malur Road and come in to talk. We have a small shed for our records, but it’s mostly just filled with tools and spare parts. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We work hard, we get dirty, and we go home. That’s the reality of running a brick factory. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s production, making sure the stacks stay steady and the orders are filled.
