Chander Kailash Architect

You’ll find us at 523/2, St.No.2, right across from the Government College in Mohalla Kamalpur. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the students are moving around. Chander Kailash Architect is where we do all our design work. The office isn't very large, but it’s where all the ideas happen. We’ve got desks piled high with papers and samples of materials. Being in Mohalla Kamalpur is nice because it feels like a real community. We see the same faces every day. When we work on a building plan, we think about the people who are going to live there. We don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. A good house should be simple and strong. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and making sure they understand the drawings. Sometimes we have to go out and look at the sites even when the weather isn't great. That’s just part of being an architect here. We aren't looking to be famous or have our names in lights. We just want to do right by the people in our neighborhood. The college across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been here a good while and hope to keep helping folks build their dreams for many more years.
