Our office is over at 66, Ranjit Nagar, which is right near the ITI in Hoshiarpur. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. Bolina Gagan Pal Singh Architect is the name on the door. We spend most of our days looking at blueprints and trying to make sense of different building requirements. Being near the ITI is handy because everyone in Hoshiarpur knows the landmark. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just us working through the designs one by one. Sometimes a project takes a long time to get right, and we end up staying late. The office is full of rulers, pencils, and old drawings from years back. We like the local feel of Ranjit Nagar. You get to know the neighbors and the people walking their dogs. When someone wants to build something, they usually come in with a rough idea in their head. We listen and then try to make it into something real. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don’t go for those really complicated designs that don't make sense for everyday life. We prefer stuff that’s practical. Hoshiarpur is home, and we like helping people put down roots here. We don't put out a lot of flyers. Usually, someone just tells a friend about us. That’s how we’ve kept going for this long.
