Shree Balaji Pipe Traders

Our business, Shree Balaji Pipe Traders, is located at 300, Roy Bahadur Road in the Chanditala area. We deal with a lot of heavy materials, so our space is more of a functional warehouse and office mix than a typical shop. Roy Bahadur Road is a place where you see a lot of trucks and transport vehicles because of all the trading that goes on around here. The ground at our place is usually a bit dusty from the pipes being moved around, and there is often the sound of metal or plastic clanging as we load and unload supplies. It is a physical kind of job, and we are often out in the front area checking the stock or talking to drivers. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the bills and do the accounting. Chanditala is a busy neighborhood, and we have lived and worked around here long enough to know the rhythms of the street. We don't have any fancy displays; the pipes are just stacked where they fit, and people come to us because they know we have what they need in stock. It is hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the yard, but we just get on with it. We close up the gates in the evening once the last of the deliveries is sorted out for the day.
