Rashmi Metaliks Ltd is based out here in Bandel. The exact spot is Old Kodalia, specifically in the Manna Bagan and Jilpar area. If you know Hooghly, you know it is a bit different from the main city rush. Our post office is Bandael. It is a quiet enough place most mornings until the workday really kicks off. We spend a lot of time just managing the routine stuff that comes with being a business in a place like this. The roads around here have their own character. Sometimes they are dusty, sometimes they are muddy depending on the season. We do not have a big corporate lobby or people in fancy suits walking around all the time. It is mostly people in boots and work shirts. Being in Manna Bagan means we are part of the local scenery now. We have been at this address for a bit, and people in the neighborhood know the name Rashmi Metaliks Ltd. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on the piles of work on our desks and the trucks coming in. It is a simple setup really. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just want to get through the list of things to do and go home at the end of the day. The area has changed some over the years but our spot in Jilpar stays pretty much the same. It is home for our work.
