Oni Enterprise

Our place is called Oni Enterprise and you can find us at Ghosh Nivas on Nanda Ghosh Lane. It's in the Fatakgora area of Chandannagar, Hooghly. It's a bit of a traditional spot, and we like being tucked away in this part of West Bengal. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly dealing with supplies and trade that people in the neighborhood need for their homes or small shops. The building itself has been around for a long time, and it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have a lot of regulars who drop by just to check on their orders or see what we have in stock this week. It’s not a high-pressure environment where people are shouting. We just go through our orders, check the inventory on the shelves, and make sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the narrow lanes around here and the local traffic, but everyone understands how it is. We aren't looking to become some massive chain; we’re quite happy right here in Hooghly. Our families have lived in this area for many years, so we know most of the people who walk through our door by their first names. It’s a simple way of doing business, based on just knowing people and being reliable. We don't have a website with fancy graphics, just our physical shop and some old-fashioned ledgers where we keep track of everything.
